Absences
Please remember to phone in on each day that your child is absent. An absence slip will be required on their return. Failure to do so may result in an unauthorised absence. A copy is available to download and print here.
Times of the school day
Just a reminder that the school gates open at 8.30am, the school bell rings at 8.40am and lessons start at 8.45am. Please make sure all children are punctual arriving at school.
Mobile phones in school
Children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 who bring their mobile phones to school are not permitted to use them in school time. They will be kept by the teachers and handed back at the end of the school day.
School uniform
A reminder of the importance to add your child’s name to all items of their school uniform. This makes it much easier to re-unite lost items of clothing with the correct children.
Holidays and time off school (Other than illness)
Family holidays should when possible be taken during school holidays. Holidays or days out during school time must be requested from the Principal in writing 30 days in advance. A copy of the form 'Request to remove a child in education during term time' is available to download and print here.
